Le Bistrot de l’O offers local, seasonal, and gourmet cuisine! Chef Jean-Alain Poitevin is passionate about local ingredients and a tireless ambassador for our Côte-d’Orien region.

On the menu, you’ll find Burgundian classics reimagined by the chef, as well as his original creations.

For lunch, we offer a menu based on the day’s market selection and our current inspirations.

With seating for 40 and a terrace, our restaurant welcomes tourists and locals from Tuesday lunchtime through Saturday evening.

The Chef

Jean-Alain Poitevin

A disciple of Auguste Escoffier, Jean-Alain Poitevin arrived in the Côte-d’Or in 1993. He has never left. Trained at the region’s leading restaurants, he forged his culinary style through his experience with the demanding yet generous Burgundy region.

Today, he is the first chef to have created a 100% Côte-d’Or menu, composed exclusively of products from local producers. This is an approach born of conviction, driven by a single ambition: to highlight the artisans and craftsmanship of an exceptional region.

His menu is dynamic. It evolves with the seasons and harvests, and sometimes changes several times a week.

At Bistrot de l’O, the menu is crafted based on daily deliveries and the chef’s inspiration; it changes with the seasons and harvests to bring the best of the Côte-d’Or to your plate at just the right time.

To experience this vibrant cuisine, we offer several set menus tailored to every time of day and every guest:

Market Menu (appetizer and main course or main course and dessert): €17
Market Menu (appetizer, main course, and dessert): €22
Children’s Menu (chef’s choice main course and ice cream): €11
Meal Platter: €20 per person

A warm atmosphere that blends the old with the new

Exposed beams, contemporary furnishings, and soft lighting: the dining room at Bistrot de l’O creates a warm and refined atmosphere, just like the cuisine served there. With seating for 40, it can be reserved exclusively upon request for your group meals, seminars, or private events.

In the warmer months, let yourself be charmed by the terrace nestled in the vine-lined patio. Lush and serene, it naturally extends the pleasure of your meal in an outdoor setting.

Le Bistrot de l’O is open from Tuesday at noon through Saturday evening, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM (depending on the season).

The restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
