Chef Jean-Alain Poitevin welcomes you with local, seasonal cuisine that stays true to the Côte-d’Or region. From reimagined Burgundian classics to fresh, seasonal ingredients and a market-inspired lunch menu, every dish is rooted in Burgundy. It’s the perfect spot for a lunch on the terrace with coworkers, a romantic dinner, or a family meal in a calm, lush setting.
The Orée des Vignes Bar, Open Every Day
Less well-known, yet a must-visit: the Orée des Vignes Bar is open every day and welcomes both residents and passing visitors. Wines from the estate, cocktails, and chilled drinks: enjoy a relaxing break overlooking the garden—no reservation needed and no special occasion required.
